Group Retreats

We warmly welcome groups of all kinds to Heart of the Wye. Our site is designed to be a peaceful, relaxed space where friends and family can slow down, spend time together, and enjoy the surrounding countryside.There are many great group activities nearby, including canoeing on the River Wye, cycling, hiking, and exploring the local area. For those who prefer a slower pace, you may simply wish to unwind, cook together, and enjoy long evenings catching up around the fire.Smaller groups are welcome to book 1, 2, or 3 yurts as part of a standard stay. Groups wishing to occupy more than 3 yurts are invited to enjoy the privacy of an exclusive hire booking, giving you full use of the site.

What we offer

With exclusive hire, Heart of the Wye becomes your own private glamping retreat, sleeping up to 20 guests across 5 yurts.

Prices start from £1150 for a two-night weekend stay, which includes:

All 5 yurts with double beds (10 guests included)
Exclusive use of the site and facilities
Communal kitchen
Toilet and hot shower facilities

Large communal fire pit

Hens and Stag do's

We are happy to welcome hen and stag groups, and those looking to celebrate in a relaxed countryside setting. Heart of the Wye is not a party venue, but a calm and natural space best suited to groups who value good company, fresh air, and time together.

Future Retreats & Private Venue Hire

We are currently exploring the possibility of offering Heart of the Wye as a private countryside setting for small retreats, creative gatherings, and group experiences. Our peaceful and natural environment lends itself beautifully to activities such as reading retreats, writing workshops, wellness escapes, and mindful outdoor gatherings.

While this is not something we formally offer at present, we would be happy to hear from organisers who feel Heart of the Wye may be a suitable setting for their plans. Please note that special terms and conditions would apply to any retreat or hosted event.
