Group Bookings

We are pleased to welcome groups of all kinds providing they respect that we are a peaceful and relaxing site.  There are some great activities in the area for groups such as canoe hire, cycling and hiking as well as restaurants that can take larger bookings.  Alternatively you and your group may want to just chill out and catch up around the fire.

Smaller groups can hire 1, 2, or 3 yurts with a standard booking.  Please note that groups wanting to occupy more than 3 yurts must hire the whole site exclusively.

What you can expect with an exclusive hire booking​

​​​​​You get full and private use of the site; sleeping 20 individuals sharing 5 yurts. 

The price of your group visit will depend on how many extra beds will be required.  

Prices start from £1150 for a 2 night weekend stay and includes all 5 yurts with double beds (10 guests), exclusive use of our facilities which include a communal kitchen, toilet and shower facilities, brand new multi purpouse lounge/games room, large communal fire pit and gas BBQ.

Unlike some campsites, we do not ban single sex groups including hens and stags. However, we are a small site and are only able to accommodate those that want to enjoy what we have to offer i.e., a quiet rural location with lovely walks and outdoor activities. We do not allow music to be played at an unreasonable level as we do have properties that neighbour our boundaries.  Please read our Behaviour, Refund and Damage policies before booking.

To secure your group booking, a deposit of 40% of the total booking price is required. The remaining balance will be due 28 days before your arrival. Please note that if the group is unable to fill all 5 yurts, you be responsible for covering the entire cost of the booking.
